The talent we represent is thoroughly vetted through a multi-tiered application and audition process led by Katie Partridge, a former featured vocalist with multiple performance contracts on major cruise lines. Our talent is not only high-caliber, but these performers are amazing individuals. Katie personally coaches and mentors each performer on our roster, doing her very best to ensure that the cruise world is a good fit for their personal lives. We then present this talent to you, our valued casting directors, saving you time and resources in your talent search. We are prompt, detail-oriented, hard-working, and genuine.
